  1. Nice one! I particularly like the idea of one person at a time, something that all of us can do. The temptation to make it bigger is great, but I think keeping it down to individuals or very small groups is much more likely to succeed.

    I don’t know if you saw what some of the brummie bloggers group did – Nick Booth and Pete Ashton are particularly good at this – the real-life community angle seems to be a good one to me.

  2. I’m very much in agreement with the one person at a time approach. The one thing I’ve learnt over the last couple of years is that mass conversion of teams doesn’t work – individual mentoring of interested individuals does.
