Political discussion is more less off-topic for this blog and it’s hard to talk about the war in Lebanon without entering the fray…
However, I did want to link to a couple of articles about online discussion taking place in and around the fighting:
- Reuters: reports on Israeli and Lebanese bloggers discussing their experiences and thoughts first-hand from inside bomb-shelters.
- New York Times: Dina Kraft offers an overview of Israeli blogging about the conflict while Edward Wong reports on the wider debate taking place online on blogs and message board among fundmentalist Sunni muslims (at odds with the Shia Muslims of Hezbollah the group that Israel is effectively at war with) about who to support.
