Ha – yes, this is my first step in going in-house and becoming the scourge of agencyland…
To be fair, I actually think a lot of these client traits are done innocently. If you haven’t worked in an agency previously, and don’t understand their dynamics, you might not appreciate the consequences.

That’s true. Also I think that a lot of agencies let this stuff go unchallenged, so they let bad habits develop and then relationships suffer.
