It’s early days for the ITV Local trial here in Brighton & Hove (which we looked at in a previous post) so we’ll reserve judgement for a while yet. Early signs are… well, there aren’t any early signs yet, really.
The news section has a few new features, and the What’s On section does too – although two of the three features there are about Southampton (a long way from Brighton – as relevant to local people as events in Birmingham are to Londoners). The navigation is pretty hard to fathom too, with some features dated in the future which you can’t access.
I’ve not heard anyone mention the service in passing conversation here either, so I’m guessing its not being promoted much yet.
I’ll keep you posted on developements.
