    Ewan speaks a lot of sense. A lot of companies are looking for a “quick fix”. In reality this doesnt exist, businesses need to build on anything they do and that includes social media. The benefits of taking the time to engage, use, and not abuse this new tool are infinite.
    Businesses need to wake up to the massive potential that social interaction with the public and their customers can unlock. It does take time but I can vouch for the fact that its well and truly worth it. Any businesses that glibly dismisses it as a fad are sadly misguided.
