Human-to-human (H2H) brands

Excellent post from Guerilla Innovation about h2h (human-to-human) communications – the thing that brands and organisations of all hues try to avoid at all costs because it looks cheaper on paper to process communications like so many bit parts on a production line:

So today, if you want to create a luxurious service concept, all you need to do is to look back +20 years and see how they did it back then.

Brands behaving like humans is an idea I like.

Might help corporations lose the psychopath tag and be better for everyone if they started acting in line with the instinctive rules of human behaviour and let their people start acting like people when they are working with their customers.

(Ye gods, I think I’m turning into a hippy…)
