Ben Metcalfe reveals the identity of Guy Kewney’s stand in as one Guy Goma (not a cabby as the Daily Mail reported) but someone who was there for a job interview in the Business Information Department.
Mr Goma reportedly says that he is “Happy to speak about any situation” on BBC News 24. According to the BBC website:
Mr Goma said his appearance was "very stressful" and
wondered why the questions were not related to the data support
cleanser job he applied for.
No wonder the poor guy pressed on valiantly to offer an opinion (later echoed by the court reporter live on the scene): he thought it was all a test.
Considering he garnered more attention for BBC News 24 many times more than any 30-second pundit – even a really spikey one saying something slightly challenging – could hope to, I hope he gets the job.
