The "other" [;-)] Open blog carries a great advice piece on ten ways to build a blog readership, with which I totally concur.
Writing a blog is an education in itself, personally and professionally. I’ve been amazed by how much you learn about yourself, about communication, about how word-of-mouth networks form, about having the guts to put your name next to what you think and put it out there for anyone and everyone to knock about (if they notice it).
