  3. Great post. I’ve just recently gotten interested in social media marketing, but I completely agree with your and Beinhocker’s comment about markets as ecosystems. I think a change towards thing kind of perspective will go a long way and be beneficial for the future of marketing.

    Nice model as well. Do you happen to know of any other useful models on the net?
